I have lived on the West Coast my entire life, but am currently residing at the beach with my daughter and really can't get enough of the sunny days and salty air.
 
I enjoy working out and eating delicious food along with creating anything that peaks my interest! 
 
I am an entrepreneur at heart and love business, beauty and anything health and wellness! I started this site to combine all of my interests and build a community full of resources and education to help people live better and do better.
